Sometimes our young people just need a little extra support, whether it's understanding a concept, catching up on missed learning or a boost in confidence.

That's what I'm here for.

I offer 1:1 bespoke tutoring, face to face (locally) and online.

I want students to have the confidence to know they can succeed.

I tutor the following:

KS2 English and Maths

Often, when I work with Primary School students, I will combine tuition in English and Maths in the lead up to Year 6 SATs. I know the curriculum well as I started my career as a Junior School teacher.

KS3 English Language and Literature

In KS3, I focus wholly on English Language and Literature. I have taught in a local Secondary School and tutored for a London-based school for Autistic pupils. I have a strong knowledge of what students should learn during these years.

KS4 GCSE English Language and Literature

I have been tutoring English Language and Literature to GCSE students since 2021. I have supported 50+ students in these subjects, preparing them for their GCSE exams - and hopefully they enjoyed the journey! Whether students are simply looking to pass the exams, or whether they want the best grade they can achieve, I will support their learning journey and respect their personal goals.

Functional Skills Level 1 & 2

I have recently worked with a couple of students who are studying for the Pearson Edexcel Functional Skills exams; we study for both the Reading and Writing components.
